ABOUT THE AREA

The Devine Street area includes the Heathwood, Shandon and Rosewood neighborhoods as well as the bustling Devine Street boutique and shopping district and Rosewood Drive.

This area consists of local restaurants, small boutiques, community churches, area schools and tree-lined streets and parks surrounded by charming homes.

Located in the center of downtown Columbia, Devine Street is situated between the Rosewood, Shandon and Heathwood areas.  Shandon is a beautiful community with charming, historic homes and churches. Rosewood is a fantastic, affordable downtown neighborhood with a starter home price point, many neighborhood schools and great restaurants and bars.  The Heathwood area offers a higher price-point homes with larger yards and easy access to Devine Street.  This area is a great place to live and has a price point for any buyer!
