[Spotlight] Blum Coffee

Devine's Botanical-Minded, Modern Coffee Shop

The Devine Street District welcomed their newest addition, Blum Coffee in June 2019. What makes this shop distinct? They grow their own herbs to create syrups that guests can infuse into their drinks; such as lavender. 

After celebrating their first official year of being opened and process of surviving COVID, we met with the owner Frances Miller to talk about her shop. 

They use counter culture beans based out of Durham, NC and loveland beans as a local coffee roaster. They even offer a refreshing coffee soda for the Summer time. It's the perfect place to come and learn about coffee; questions are encouraged. 

Blum has loved being apart of downtown so far through donating to non-profits and helping out around the community.
