Born and raised in Saluda, South Carolina, I bring a unique combination of local knowledge, real estate experience, and a lifetime spent outdoors to every client I serve.
Before becoming a licensed real estate agent, I spent roughly seven years actively investing in real estate and closing numerous deals throughout South Carolina and the Charlotte, North Carolina market. My experience includes a significant number of traditional residential properties, giving me years of hands-on knowledge in evaluating homes, identifying opportunities, understanding renovations and improvements, and recognizing the factors that can influence a property’s value and potential return.
That background allows me to approach residential real estate from a different perspective. Whether I’m helping someone purchase their first home, sell a longtime family property, relocate, or evaluate a house as an investment, I understand both the personal and financial sides of the transaction.
While I’m experienced in residential real estate, I have a particular passion for land, timber, recreational, and hunting properties. As an avid outdoorsman, my experience reading maps, understanding terrain, hunting, and spending time on the land gives me a perspective that extends beyond acreage and property lines. My service-driven mindset began long before real estate. I served 10 years in the United States Army, completed multiple combat deployments, and earned two Purple Hearts during my military career. I also attended North Greenville University, where I competed as a collegiate athlete. Today, I continue to serve my community as a firefighter with two local fire departments.
I serve clients throughout the Midlands of South Carolina, the Lake Murray area, west toward Augusta, and the communities in between. My combination of residential experience, investment knowledge, and understanding of land allows me to assist a wide range of buyers, sellers, investors, and landowners.
Outside of real estate, I’m most at home hunting, fishing, and spending time with my family. My wife, Kaitlin, and I are raising four children—three girls and one boy—and much of our free time is spent watching them compete in school and travel sports. Kaitlin is also an entrepreneur and the owner of Boldly Branding, a marketing and media company.
