I was raised in the Carolinas. After graduating from Lexington High School, I followed my high school sweetheart, Edwin, to Kailua, Hawaii, where we started our family in the Marine Corps. When we came home to Lexington, we bought our first house at 20. We had no idea it would become our first investment property.
A few job changes and a growing family later, we sold that home and used the money to buy more properties. Before long we were full-time real estate investors. That’s where I learned the business from the ground up: buying, renovating, pricing, and selling homes. Eventually I wanted something more fulfilling, a way to give back to the community that raised me, and that led me to real estate school.
Since getting licensed in 2022, most of my work has been with sellers and new construction buyers. Years of renovating and reselling homes taught me what makes a home sell: how to prepare it, price it right, and present it so buyers can see themselves living there. I bring that same eye to every listing. I also represent local builders across the Midlands, and I work closely with investors who want an agent who understands the numbers because I’ve run them myself. And I still love helping buyers find the right home.
Whatever brings you to me, I know this is likely one of the biggest financial decisions you’ll ever make, and I’ll treat it that way. You can count on clear communication, honest advice, and real care from the first conversation to the closing table.
Edwin and I are raising our three kids here in Lexington. This is home, and I’d love to help you find your place in it, or sell the one you’re ready to move on from. Whether you’re selling, building, buying, or investing anywhere in Lexington, Columbia, and the surrounding Midlands, let’s talk about your next move.
