Finding Their Dream Home

Kelly and Jack had plans of finding a home in a neighborhood with land, not a lot of covenant restrictions, and in the school district they wanted.

It became overwhelming not seeing a lot of options online for what they were wanting and they felt as though they had no idea where to look. With other Realtors, they were use to agents who would help once you find the right house. After they spoke with Amy for the first time, she had a game plan set to help them find the right house that had the criteria they desired in their next home. She already knew the areas and neighborhoods to look in.

While seeing houses, they never felt pressured and was given honest advice about homes. That reassurance made the process easier and more enjoyable because there wasn't any influence to make a decision based on other people, but what they were wanting. 

Amy found a house that checked off their boxes, showed it to the Valetti's, and the rest was history. Everything from writing the contract to scheduling inspections and closing went as planned.

The Valetti's then asked Amy to help them with selling their previous home. She talked them through what was important vs what wasn't. Then, she arranged repairs to help maximize potential for selling the home at a good price. What Kelly loved most is that Amy never gave them false hope. She was honest and upfront about their home from the very beginning which gave them more realistic expectations. 

With a comprehensive marketing plan including 3D virtual tours and professional photography, the home ended up selling!
