how we could help.

At The ART of Real Estate, some of our most successful agents were teachers or coaches previously. But, we can't go around stealing teachers out of the classrooms - we need you there! Instead, we've come up with a way for you to earn a bonus income with out taking on a second job. 

Hear what we are thinking.


Here's how it would work:

  • You'd get your real estate license - you can do this in the evening, on the weekend, or self-paced online.

  • Then, you'd hang your license in inactive status with The ART of Real Estate. This keeps you from having to pay "every day fees", while also making you legally eligible to receive commission.

  • We will provide training for you on referral language, how to identify opportunities and how the referral process works. We'll also customize an easy monthly activity plan to follow based on your goals for your bonus income.

  • From that point forward, as you come across people you know who are looking to buy or sell in the area, refer them you us, and we'll handle the rest!

  • Just for making connections, you will receive 20% of any resulting commission we earn as a referral fee.

    • Example: You refer someone who buys or sells a $250,000 home. When that property closes you would be paid a referral commission of $1,500. That simple. 

  • In the example above, after one referral, you would have recouped your initial investment plus a 100% return.
