With a Bachelor of Arts in Economics and a professional background in financial investments and data warehousing analytics, I bring strong market insight, strategic pricing expertise, and clear, proactive communication to every transaction. I work with residential buyers and sellers, relocation clients, and investors, and I pride myself on providing honest, well-prepared, results-driven guidance grounded in data, not hype.
Before real estate, I spent seven years in the financial investment industry and later worked as a data warehousing analyst, where I developed extensive skills in financial analysis, risk assessment, market evaluation, and strategic decision-making. That experience continues to shape how I guide my clients through pricing strategies, property valuations, and long-term investment considerations.

I’m also deeply invested in the Midlands community. I’m the Founder of Cola Rosé Shower, an annual women’s health and empowerment initiative, and have served as Past Chair of United Way of the Midlands’ Young Leaders Society and as a Past Board Member of United Way of the Midlands. I also served on United Way’s 2025 $20 million campaign to drive generational change across the Midlands.
I currently serve on the Board of Directors for Prisma Health Foundation Cancer Institute and am honored to be a recipient of the United Way Judith M. Davis Volunteer of the Year Award. Through my community work, I’ve had the opportunity to lead impactful initiatives supporting organizations such as Sistercare, The Period Project, MIRCI, Palmetto Place, and the Boys & Girls Club.
I’m also a host on The American Dream TV, an Emmy-nominated national show highlighting real estate, lifestyle, and community impact, with features seen on platforms including HGTV, CNBC, Amazon Prime, Apple TV, and Roku. Outside of real estate, I’m a proud Gamecock, a supporter of women’s health advocacy, and a lifelong learner. I’ve also completed advanced business strategy studies through Harvard Business School’s Division of Continuing Education.
