Over the past several years we have had past clients, friends, and family asking us if we can help them buy their retirement home, vacation/second home, or mountain retreat in this awesome part of our country, and until now we haven’t been able to. 

As our careers have taken us on journeys over the years, we have met awesome people all over the country, and in late months of 2020, Kelly Baldwin approached us about servicing this area, and the wheels were set in motion.

We don't have angle, we are just doing what we have always done... we are providing an exceptional experience to our buyer clients through a client focused team approach, and we are a marketing company that happens to be a full service boutique brokerage for our seller clients. We aren't trying to compete for the most agents or the most sales, we feel like when you do that the quality of your services and agents lack. We just want to do an exceptional job for clients who expect a great experience.  

4. Why Wouldn't We Just Use a Company That's Been in the Area for Decades?

There is nothing wrong with wanting to use an established company with a long tradition in the area, they are several that are great in the area. What we have found is sometimes companies that have been around a while have a model of "its worked for years", "that doesn't work in our market" or "why would we do/provide more?" They might be right, but with our mentality of always doing/being better, we are constantly changing with the market to ensure we don't rest on our reviews from yesterday but striving to ensure the client gets the best experience. We believe there is room for every company in a market, and some appeal to some consumers and some to others.
