Scrambled Jake's Breakfast Company

Scrambled Jake's Breakfast Company originated in summer 2017 from the idea that the Knoxville community needed a local, authentic breakfast and brunch eatery. Thus, a neighborhood-driven breakfast and brunch dining experience was born. Executive Chef Aaron and his team arrive before sunrise to create and deliver signature breakfast and brunch dishes in a relaxed, casual dining atmosphere. 

Menu items include a variety of egg and omelet plates, "Benny's" and Jake's Scramblers that use farm fresh, cage-free eggs from Sevierville. The restaurant is also known for its cinnamon rolls and biscuits, house-baked bread for French toast, breakfast potato casserole and more. There is also Bloody Mary bar on the weekends.
