Located in Downtown Knoxville, Brother Wolf is an Italian Aperitivo Bar, which offers a unique drinking and socializing experience. This is actually the first aperitivo bar to open in the area. The owners actually studied this culture in Rome and Milan where small appetizers are paired with lower-proof cocktails.
They crafted a cocktail menu with 24 aperitivo cocktails including 11 different variations of the Negroni, several Spritzes, and more! When it comes to wine, they have 32 different selections that are sustainably produced. For small plates they offer Salumi, aged cheeses, brined olives, salted nuts, fresh fruit, and other options.
Brother Wolf is actually associated with Osteria Stella located in the same building. You can start your night out with drinks at Brother Wolf and head next door for an amazing Italian meal!
