Ron Kruis
Associate Agent, REALTOR®, Veteran

I grew up in New Jersey in a large family full of competitive and athletic siblings. I am the middle child of five and from an early age I realized to accomplish a goal, I would have to put my all into it. This mindset gave me an edge in my younger years and laid the foundation for the person I have become today.

After high school, I went to college and played football at a small school in Rhode Island, Salve Regina University. During college, I felt a calling to serve our country and joined the Army ROTC program. Playing football and joining Army ROTC helped to strengthen my leadership and communication skills while also creating a work ethic that would help me succeed in the military post-college. Once I graduated college, I was commissioned as an Officer in the Active Duty Army.

During my time in the Army, I lived in multiple places starting in Oklahoma, Texas, and eventually moved to South Carolina to work at Fort Jackson in 2021. Since then, I have called Columbia, SC home. It was an honor and privilege to serve in the Army and I had some of the most rewarding experiences of my life. Meeting and working with people from all over the world was one of my favorite highlights and I’m ecstatic to use the life skills I learned in the military to help people buy real estate!

If I’m not working I love to get outside and appreciate the beautiful South Carolina weather! I am married to my beautiful wife Kailey and we have 2 dogs, Kobe and Kona, and a cat named Ash. A few of our favorite things to do are going to local state and national parks for a hike, walk along the Riverwalk, relax at one of the many local breweries in Columbia, or catch a Fireflies game! We have enjoyed all of the great things Columbia has to offer.

As a REALTOR®, I will give all my clients the real estate experience they deserve through outstanding communication, unparalleled work ethic, and a selfless attitude to serve you!
