Most agents can tell you what a house looks like. I try to understand how it’s built.
Over the years, I’ve had the opportunity to serve clients and work alongside teams who have helped more than 1,200 clients with their real estate needs. That experience shaped how I approach every client relationship today. Whether you’re selling, buying, or investing, my goal is to bring more than just paperwork to the table. I want you to feel informed and prepared at every step.
Before real estate, I spent years renovating properties and working closely with construction and development teams. That hands-on experience gave me a deeper understanding of what’s behind the walls, not just what’s visible during a showing. It also connected me with a trusted network of contractors, inspectors, and other professionals I can call on when questions come up.
If you’re selling, I’ll help you think through which improvements are actually worth your time and money and which ones may not make a meaningful difference. If you’re buying, I work to help you distinguish between cosmetic updates and more significant structural considerations, so you can make a confident, informed decision. I try to anticipate potential challenges early, before they become expensive surprises.
I believe in preparation, realistic pricing, and honest conversations even when the answer isn’t the easiest one to hear. My job is to help you protect your investment and feel confident in your decisions.
When I’m not working, you’ll usually find me in the mountains with my fiancé and our dog, Venus. I love getting away for a few days, but I’m always ready to jump back in and help the next client navigate their move.
