Coming to The ART Team, I bring enthusiasm and a tireless passion for real estate. A licensed Broker, I served as the former Principal Auctioneer for McCarter Auction, Inc. of Sevierville, TN. I am also one of just over 800 auctioneers to have received the industry’s highest designation, CAI (Certified Auctioneers Institute) which is an intensive three year leadership course encompassing knowledge of all asset classes, in my case real estate, to provide the most ideal selling experience. 

During my time as Broker and Auctioneer, I helped my clients to sell hundreds of properties. From large farms and estates, to commercial properties and single family homes, as well as the occasional equipment and antique sale, you can say I’ve seen and sold just about everything.

A graduate of the University of Tennessee — Go Big Orange! — I’m also a lifelong resident of East Tennessee. I grew up in South Knoxville and have lived in Sevier County with my wife Megan since 2007.

When I’m not selling real estate, I may be found (with the help of a GPS) somewhere in the Smoky Mountains hiking, camping, and fly fishing. My knowledge of the area and love for the outdoors makes me a valuable asset to any buyer or seller looking for property in East Tennessee.
