Craftwell Homes | Builder Interview

Craftwell Homes started in 2018 with Mark Branan and Chris Hill with a desire to build homes in the surrounding areas of Greenville such as Pelzer, Williamston, and Woodruff. They provide attractive, high quality homes at an affordable price. This allows people who want to live within close proximity to downtown Greenville, but can't afford it the ability to do so. 

They offer many features that you might see with a custom house, but not with a typical production builder. Some of these features might be granite countertops, luxury vinyl plank flooring, and modern colors on the exterior.
