Mary Lane was an amazing realtor & made us feel so cared for right from the start! We are first time home buyers, and she did such a good job making  sure that we were never "surprised" by anything. She gave the best recommendations for how to have right expectations, what is worth fighting for, and how to negotiate. When repairs needed to be done, or were not done as agreed upon, she negotiated so that we closed with a monetary concession so that we could close on the same day but still get the work done after move in. The ART of Real Estate works closely with Mortgage Network and they were also extremely helpful & quick. We put an offer down and closed in 28 days! We were taken care of so well, and we couldn't be more thankful and impressed! 10/10."
